Wow! What an awesome list! My favorite is the stock photography because I love photography. I have had some success there, particularly with one photo I make some decent income from. I think the key with stock photography is finding a shot that is high demand. Then, find a new unique way to frame that shot. This is the reason my St. Louis Arch photo is a top 10 on both ShutterStock and iStockPhoto. Thanks for the awesome ideas above!
For those who prefer a more do-it-yourself style but still want their investments to be managed automatically, a robo-advisor like Betterment may be better suited. After completing an initial questionnaire, this program will automatically invest your money based on things like your risk tolerance and time horizon. They’ll even rebalance your portfolio when necessary – all automatically, of course!
Now I see things that I’d never even considered before. Things like – how the ways in which the wealthy people get money are totally different from the ways the poor people do. I realized that if I wanted to achieve financial independence I had to learn to get myself out of the employee and self-employed quadrant and over into the business owner, investor quadrant. I learned about passive income and my mind was literally blown.
Obviously, these are much higher than you’re going to get with most other investments. What’s more is that you can choose a plan that matches your investment strategy, whether your goal is Supplemental Income, Balanced Investing, or Long-term Growth. You can also look at different real estate projects and choose for yourself which ones to invest in.
Residual income is calculated as net income less a charge for the cost of capital. The charge is known as the equity charge and is calculated as the value of equity capital multiplied by the cost of equity or the required rate of return on equity. Given the opportunity cost of equity, a company can have positive net income but negative residual income.
Nowadays, anyone can create and sell t-shirts online, even with minimal design skill and coding knowledge. You can create designs on t-shirt marketplaces that do it all for you, upload designs to print-on-demand vendors who dropship orders for you, or set up an online store and sell tees you print and ship yourself, which can be the most profitable option.
Everyone already knows about Amazon and it's become one of the first places people visit if they need something though. No one needs to introduce you to Amazon and Amazon really doesn't need those YouTube links and what not to drive traffic to them. It would've made sense when it was just launching, but I see little reason for Amazon to be paying for an affiliate program when they're one of the largest (if not the largest) ecommerce sites out there.
That’s a nice read! I love your many tangible ways mentioned to make passive income unlike certain people trying to recruit others by mentioning network marketing and trying to get them to join up and sell products like Amway, Avon, Mary Kay, Cutco or 5Linx. People get sucked into wealth and profits and become influenced joiners from the use pressure tactics.
The beauty of passive income through online courses is that it has huge scalability potential and you earn no extra expenses for more students enrolling. Online courses are conducted through digital study material. Students simply pay to access and view. So whether you sell a course to 5 students or 500 students, it doesn’t cost you extra (aside from the time spent promoting your course).
